I learned that an Exhibition on Babylonian Jewry
will be shown at the Jewish Museum in Camden Town
once the current exhibition is over. I very much
look forward to seeing it.
I am attaching for your information our latest Quarterly
Newsletter which serves to keep our community in
touch and publicise our forthcoming cultural events,
held at the Sephardi Centre. Our Association was
formed less than 2 years ago but we have much longer
sister Associations in New York, Paris, and Geneva
as well as two web sites e.g. http://www.aioe.orci
and http://www.aloe.org
I found The Scribe most interesting and I am so
impressed by the amazing volume of content which
is still keeping me reading on!
As you know, our community is about 4,000 in number
and our task at the AJE, to promote and safeguard
our heritage, has started very well thanks to an
enthusiastic Committee.
